And many of us hold certifications from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), which signifies expertise in specific areas of retirement planning.

Cameron Dabir | QKA
Cameron is the President of The Pension Source. He has a background in financial services and business building, and focuses his efforts on company direction, hiring and developing great team members, and growth.
Prior to The Pension Source, Cameron worked as an investment professional at The Blackstone Group and as a banker at J.P. Morgan. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Accounting & Business Administration.
Director of Operations
Barbara has over 20 years of operations and marketing experience and is responsible for managing and overseeing our day-to-day operations. She collaborates with the management team to focus on best practices for desired client service outcomes, human resource compliance, and marketing. Her daily focus is to ensure the business functions smoothly. She is results oriented with a high sense of leadership and uncompromising integrity. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Martin County Human Resources and Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County as well as a LEADERship Alumni of the Stuart Martin County Chamber of Commerce Class 29.
Barbara received the Outstanding Marketing and Management award at Palm Beach State College where she received her degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, reading and boating.
Janel Lyons | M.ACCT, ERPA, QPA
Administrator, Senior Administration Manager
With over ten years of experience at The Pension Source, Janel is the Senior Administration Manager. She oversees our team to ensure we deliver the best client experience for our plan sponsors. Her expertise in plan design, compliance for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans, correction work, special projects and administration allows her to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. She is passionate about educating plan sponsors on the importance of saving for retirement.
Janel obtained her Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the IRS. She has also earned a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Sara Moylett | QPA, QKC, QKA
Senior Plan Administrator
With over twenty-five years of experience in the retirement industry, Sara joined our team in 2023 as a Senior Plan Administrator. Her expertise in plan design, coverage and nondiscrimination testing for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans, special projects, and plan administration makes her a valued member of our team. Additionally, she is passionate about mentoring less tenured plan administrators and encouraging their further education via ASPPA.
Andrea Ding | EA, MAAA, MSEA
Andrea is an Enrolled Actuary with more than 20 years of experience in the TPA industry. She has worked extensively on retirement planning and pension plan design. Andrea’s expertise covers all qualified plans including 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit, and cash balance plans. Andrea holds a master’s degree in accounting and taxation from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is a member of the Society of Enrolled Actuaries and American Academy of Actuaries.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Deann (Dee) Ferrell is our Business Development Specialist. In this role, Dee’s primary focus is to develop new business opportunities for The Pension Source. She coordinates new business meetings with prospective clients, CPAs and financial advisors, attends various Chamber events throughout Martin and St. Lucie Counties and assists our Plan Administrators in collecting plan document information for new clients.
Her diverse background in office management, administrative support, and sales combined with her attention to detail provided the perfect foundation for the Business Development position. Prior to joining The Pension Source, Dee was an Area Manager for a Non-Profit Organization responsible for maintaining budget, payroll, and managing staff.
Dee is originally from the Midwest where “pop” and “Euchre” are common. In her free time, Dee enjoys spending time with her family and on the water. Her future goal is to become a Plan Administrator and plans on obtaining her certification as a qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Jon recently joined The Pension Source after working for several years performing comprehensive 401(k) plan compliance and recordkeeping services for various insurance, mutual fund companies, and third party administrative firms. In addition to defined contribution plan administration duties, Jon helps with new business proposals and documents.
Jon graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY and his hobbies include reading, traveling, playing tennis and he is an avid sports fan; especially major league baseball.
Lauren holds the position of Administrator, where she assists in the daily tasks of 401(k) plan compliance and management. She has the mindfulness and strong organizational skills that make her well suited for the complexity of administering plan sponsor accounts. Prior to joining The Pension Source in 2018, she worked across various industries in bookkeeping, office support, and accounts payable/receivable roles.
She was raised in Northern Indiana but has made South Florida her permanent residence for the past fifteen plus years. She graduated with honors from Indian River State College with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and a focus in accounting, office administration and human resources. Lauren is actively working towards her certification as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Corey is one of our newer administrators, joining The Pension Source in 2022. He is eager to learn and has proven an ability to quickly grasp the key concepts of qualified plans. He enjoys all aspects of plan administration and the opportunity of helping business owners benefit themselves and their employees.
Corey is originally from Jamaica and spent part of his early life in New York. He now calls Florida home and has set his roots in the city of Port Saint Lucie. He recently graduated from Treasure Coast High School with high honors and with his associate’s degree in accounting from Indian River State College. He currently attends Indian River State College to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Rob joined The Pension Source at the beginning of 2023 to start a new career as a plan administrator. He hopes to one day become an industry certified professional for qualified retirement plans.
Rob’s experience spans almost 30 years across various employers and industries. The bulk of his experience is in Information Technology with responsibilities that included training, sales support, and management.
He lives in Stuart with his wife and two young children. He spends his free time with his family and friends.
Deanna’s current duties include providing support for our administrators and consultants. She is involved in all aspects of support services for our 700 plus plans. She has 25 years’ experience as an office manager for several home and pipeline construction companies. Prior to joining The Pension Source family, she oversaw federally funded public assistance programs for a not-for-profit organization.
Deanna moved to Florida in 1985 from Kingsville, Texas. She is active with several local charitable organizations and serves as the recording secretary, committee chair, and is a member of the board of directors. Deanna enjoys spending time with her family and especially her grandsons.
Michelle is a professional with over 30+ years of experience in many aspects of financial services and customer relations. She joined The Pension Source in January 2023 and is eager to grow professionally and learn the ins and outs of the retirement plan industry. Her diligence and strong organizational skills makes her well suited for tasks to support our administrators.
In her spare time, she likes to go mountain biking and hiking.
