Glen is the founder of The Pension Source, Inc. He is a plan design specialist with more than 35 years of experience. As President and plan design specialist, Glen’s primary responsibility is overseeing the entire operation and to supervise plan design and actuarial work for our 401(k) and Defined Benefit plans.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Jason is the Vice President of The Pension Source. He is a plan design specialist with over 13 years of experience. Jason’s primary responsibility is overseeing new business development and training our administrators as well as supervising plan design and actuarial work for our 401(k) and Defined Benefit plans.
Jason graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Jason resides in Palm City, with his wife Jessica and 2 children, Austin and Dylan. His hobbies include golf, fishing, and softball. He also enjoys watching anything sports related, and participates in coaching his children’s teams.
Lauren holds the position of Support Specialist, where she assists our Administrators in daily tasks, providing support for over 700 plans. Prior to joining The Pension Source family, she worked in various industries as office support and accounts payable/receivable.
She was raised in Northern Indiana but has made South Florida her permanent residence for the past 10 plus years. She graduated with Honors from Indian River State College with her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, with a focus in Accounting, Office Administration and Human Resources. Lauren is numbers oriented and is eager to make the transition to Administrator within the next few years and plans to obtain her certification as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Tyesha graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from FMU/Everest University. She has over 15 years of accounting and office management experience working in both the legal and hospitality industries. Prior to joining The Pension Source, she worked in the legal industry for eight years as an Accounting Administrator where she was the liaison between the client and firm for all accounting and financial obligations.
In her current Administrator role, Tyesha handles the daily functions of plan maintenance and administration including distributions, loans, testing, and compliance.
She is an active member in ministry, serving our community in various organizations as well as the Secretary for Treasure Coast Youth League. She enjoys helping youth achieve their athletic goals and dreams as well as being a positive role model and mentor.
Her plans are to further her education and obtain her certification as a qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA).
Andrea is an Administrator who has worked for The Pension Source for 10 years. She began her career as an Administrative Support Specialist. She made the transition to Administrator where her responsibilities include pension plan administration, recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, loans, and government reporting.
Andrea moved from New York to Florida in 2005 and her hobbies include reading and traveling.
Jon recently joined The Pension Source after working for several years performing comprehensive 401(k) plan compliance and recordkeeping services for various insurance, mutual fund companies, and third party administrative firms. In addition to defined contribution plan administration duties, Jon helps with new business proposals and documents.
Jon graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY and holds the professional designations of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Jon’s hobbies include reading, traveling, playing tennis and he is an avid sports fan; especially major league baseball.
Deanna’s current duties include providing support for our administrators and consultants. She is involved in all aspects of support services for our 700 plus plans. She has 25 years’ experience as an office manager for several home and pipeline construction companies. Prior to joining The Pension Source family, she oversaw federally funded public assistance programs for a not-for-profit organization.
Deanna moved to Florida in 1985 from Kingsville, Texas. She is active with several local charitable organizations and serves as the recording secretary, committee chair, and is a member of the board of directors. Deanna enjoys spending time with her family and especially her grandsons.
Sarah has worked as an Administrative Support professional for eight years. Originally from Pennsylvania, she moved to Florida in January 2018 and began her career at The Pension Source in March 2018 as an Administrator. Her responsibilities include distributions, loans, government reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance testing.
Sarah’s hobbies include baking and writing.
Janel is a pension administrator with six years of experience at The Pension Source. She works directly with clients to maintain compliance on both defined contribution and defined benefit plan administration. Her duties include plan design, onboarding new clients, correction work, and special projects.
Janel obtained her Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the IRS, she has also earned a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Luke is a Pension Administrator with over ten years of experience with The Pension Source. His current responsibilities include defined contribution and defined benefit plan administration, proposal preparation, document writing and amendments, trust accounting, and plan audit preparation.
Originally from upstate New York, Luke completed his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, where he graduated with a degree in Education with a concentration in Mathematics. Luke holds the professional designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Lisa’s responsibilities include day-to-day pension plan administration, overseeing all aspects of administration including plan design, compliance, reporting, and plan sponsor education. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping, distribution and loan processing, and compliance testing. Lisa has over 25 years’ experience in pension administration working in banks, trust companies, and third-party administration firms.
Lisa graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds the professional designations of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Deann (Dee) Ferrell is our Business Development Specialist. In this role, Dee’s primary focus is to develop new business opportunities for The Pension Source. She coordinates new business meetings with prospective clients, CPAs and financial advisors, attends various Chamber events throughout Martin and St. Lucie Counties and assists our Plan Administrators in collecting plan document information for new clients.
Her diverse background in office management, administrative support, and sales combined with her attention to detail provided the perfect foundation for the Business Development position. Prior to joining The Pension Source, Dee was an Area Manager for a Non-Profit Organization responsible for maintaining budget, payroll, and managing staff.
Dee is originally from the Midwest where “pop” and “Euchre” are common. In her free time, Dee enjoys spending time with her family and on the water. Her future goal is to become a Plan Administrator and plans on obtaining her certification as a qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Barbara has over 20 years of operations and marketing experience and is responsible for managing and overseeing our day-to-day operations. She collaborates with the management team to focus on best practices for desired client service outcomes, human resource compliance, and marketing. Her daily focus is to ensure the business functions smoothly. She is results oriented with a high sense of leadership and uncompromising integrity. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Martin County Human Resources and Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County as well as a LEADERship Alumni of the Stuart Martin County Chamber of Commerce Class 29.
Barbara received the Outstanding Marketing and Management award at Palm Beach State College where she received her degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, reading and boating.
